Adult Ed: How Do We Cultivate a Community of Care?

The third and final session in our series on cultivating communities of care explores how to cultivate communities of care.  We will explore conditions that are important to develop and sustain a community of care; processes of nurturance, particularly processes of cultivation; and the important role of leadership.  We will end with a summary of the series and a discussion of take-aways that may be helpful to the ongoing work of cultivating a caring community at First United.
